Steps

Take a bowl and mix all the dough material with ½ cup of water.

When completed brush it with oil and cover it for 5 minutes.

Pour some oil in pan and heat it on high flame.

Now punch the dough and make a ball and make a puri and then fry it till golden brown.

Take the puri in a plate.

Now put 1tsp mashed potato,1tsp chana,1tsp curd,1tsp moong,1tsp curd,1tsp green chutney,1tsp imli ki chutney,(chilli powder,amchor,chat masala,jeera powder,salt)as per taste or ½ tsp,2tsp sev,2tsp bundi,2tsp pomegranate and 2tsp onion finely chooped.

Now garnish it with some curd, imli ki chutney and coriander leaves
