  • 300grm boneless chicken pieces
  • 2onion thinly sliced
  • 1 tspginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala powder
  • 2 tbspgram flour
  • 1 tspcorn flour
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil
  • As neededOnion rings to serve

    Add all the ingredients and mix well

    Coat the chicken pieces with it

  3. 3

    Rest for a while

  4. 4

    Heat oil and deep fry the pakoras,keeping the heat low

  5. 5

    Serve it with onion and mustard sauce
