Firstly heat oil into a pan, roast ginger garlic paste, onion and tomatoes in low flame until separate oil.
Further add all dry spices and roast well.
Now add water into it, keep one boil and add boiled Lobhiya, cover with lid and simmer 10 mins.
Ready Lobhiya curry garnish with fresh coriander and serve with rice.
