  • Ginger & garlic paste
  • 3tomatoes
  • Dania
  • 2knorr beef cube
  • 65 mlazam coconut created. Sachet
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2pcHoho

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil matumbo with salt,ginger & garlic paste.Until soft.

  2. 2

    Add onions,tomatoes,hoho,Dania.cover & let it simmer.

  3. 3

    Add knorr cubes.mix well.let it cook for a few mins

  4. 4

    Add azam coconut cream mix well.let it cook for 5min

  5. 5

    Serve with ugali
