Steps

First make dough by adding maida,oil,salt and lukewarm water and making tight dough.

Now prepare the stuffing take a pan adding 2tsp oil mashed potatoes and rice add all masala's and mix.

Now take a half protein of the dough and roll it with rolling pin fill the stuffing in the middle and close it and cut into slices.

Heat oil in a pan and fry it till it's golden and crispy.Enjoy with sauce.
