Mix all dry Ingredients in a big bowl. Now add 3Tb. Spoon. hot oil in flour mixture. Mix everything well.

With the help of warm water make a stiff dough.

Give rest for 15 minutes.

Now make small size round balls with the dough.

With the help of rolling pin, roll it into thick. Cut it big squre cut by cutter. Press it by fork.

Heat the oil in a frying pan.

Put 4-5 mathri in hot oil, deep fry on low till light brown.

Crispy methi mathri is ready to be served.
