Ingredients

30 minutes
5-6 servings
  1. 2 cupmaida
  2. 1 cupmawa
  3. 1 cupmilk
  4. 1 cupsugar
  5. 150 gramsbutter(room temperature)
  6. 1/2 cupdry fruits as your choice
  7. 1/2 cuptutti- frutti
  8. 1ts baking powder
  9. 1/2ts baking soda
  10. 2-3 dropsmix fruit essence

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    In one big bowl beat butter and sugar.

  2. 2

    Add maida, milk and mawa mix well.

  3. 3

    Add dry fruit and tutti- frutti(keep some side for garnishing) and essence mix it.

  4. 4

    Add baking powder and soda mix it well. Transfer batter in to grease cake mould, sprinkle some dry fruits and tutti- frutti over it.

  5. 5

    Bake in pre heated oven for 25 to 30 minutes at 230 temperature or until cake cook.
