  • 250 gmBlack Chana
  • 1 tspGinger & garlic
  • 1Chopped onion
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspDegi mirch
  • 2Lal mirch
  • 3Black pepper
  • 1/2 tspJeera
  • as neededOil
  • 1/2 tspAjwain

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil black chana for 25 to 30 minutes

  2. 2

    Take 1 pan and put oil in it and add jerra & gingergarlic & chopped onion and mix well.

  3. 3

    Add all the spices and mix add boiled Chana and mix well

  4. 4

    Add coriander leaves and serve hot with puri
