Generally this dish is made on holi festival.
Steps

To make sugar syrup add sugar and water, boil it for 5 minutes and keep aside.

Add milk powder and mava in warm milk and mix it well.

Add wheat flour in this mixture and make lumps free smooth batter.

Add cardamon powder and mix it.

Heat ghee in sauce pan, add one spoon of wheat flour batter in ghee.

Fry it both sides until it turns golden in colour.

Then keep this malpua in sugar syrup for 5 minutes.

Put this malpua on serving plate and garnish it with some dryfruits.
