  • 2 table spoonbutter
  • 1 pinchpepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Put on the board, and cut it into half.

    Grill on the BBQ, in this case I used shichirin, a Japanese BBQ tool, for 5 min. Don't grill too much, as it'll make the meat dry and stiff.

    At last put butter a bit to make the meat even tastier
