In a bowl, combine soaked sago, mashed potato, crushed peanut, green chilli paste, coriander and salt. Mix well.

Divide the mixture into 12 equal portions and shape them into doughnut shape

In a skillet, heat oil and deep fry the patties over medium flame until brown on all sides. Drain on paper towel.

Serve hot with green chutney.
