  1. 15 cupsBeans
  2. 2 kgOnion
  3. 1/2 kgTatasi
  4. 1/4 kgCrayfish
  5. Salt
  6. Vegetable oil
  7. cubesKnorr
  8. Curry
  9. Ginger
  10. Garlic

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak the beans for 4minutes and pour inside blend with water.blend and stop repeat like 5times.

  2. 2

    Pour in a bowl and rinse out the back.remove the seeds in tatasi and put all together on a bog bowl.

  3. 3

    Put onion,ginger and garlic blend in the mill.

  4. 4

    Rinse the moi moi leaves with water and salt.keep one side.

  5. 5

    Pour in warm water and vegetable oil in the mixture then stir with a wooden spoon,add salt,Curry and knorr cube.

  6. 6

    Fold the moi moi leaves in cone shape and use a small cup and pour in the moi moi mixture.

  7. 7

    Lay sticks in the pot and water boiling then arrange the moi moi boil for at least 45minutes.
