This is a simple but different way of making pancakes.
Steps

Heat 2tblsp oil in a pan. Add chicken and fry until well browned

Add ginger, garlic and cumin then continue frying for 5 minutes

Add tomato paste, salt and pepper. Stir well and add water then cook until the water evaporates

In a separate bowl, sift flour and add tumeric, salt, sugar, baking powder and baking soda. Stir well.

In another bowl break the eggs, add milk and 2 tsp oil and whisk thoroughly.

Pour the mixture in step 5 into the flour in step 4
- 7
Pour the chicken into the batter and mix. Ensure it's wet but not runny. If it is add a little flour and mix.

Heat oil in a pan and scoop a tblsp of batter per pancakes.

Cook until brown on both sides
