For the dough

Mix all the ingredients and bind a medium soft dough using enough water and keep aside.

For the stuffing

Mix all the ingredients and keep aside

Now make ball of the dough and roll to a roti of medium thickness and cut to desired shape.

Now sprinkle grated chocolate as much as you want.

Now spread the prepared stuffing.

Cover with another roti of the same size and seal the edges properly.

Shallow fry on hot tawa using ghee.

Flip on the other side and cook till golden.

Serve with Chocolate sauce and strawberry sauce.

Cut open from the side to show the lava coming out.
