Steps

In a pot add rice add required water add 1 teaspoon white vinegar and let them cooked until water absorbed totally

In a bowl add coconut powder add little water and make a paste

Now transfer all rice in a big bowl

Now add all spices along with coconut paste

Mix it well and make a small balls place it on your palm and then flat a little

Now heat oil in a wok and deep fry it till golden brown colour

Serve hot with sause
