Ingredients

25 minutes
3 servings
  1. 1/2papaya sliced
  2. 2Potatoes sliced
  3. 1carrot sliced
  4. 1 tspcumin seed
  5. 1 tspginger juice
  6. 2-3green chillies chopped
  7. 1/2 tspcumin powder
  8. 1 tspcoriander powder
  9. To tastesalt and sugar
  10. As neededoil

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper cumin seed and green chillies

  2. 2

    Add veggies and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

  3. 3

    Add cumin coriander powder and cover till it is soft

  4. 4

    As the veggies get soft add sugar and ginger juice

  5. 5

    Serve it with rice
