Ingredients

  • Pieceschicken
  • Salt 1 tbps
  • Pepper 1 tbps
  • Ginger 3 tbps
  • Oil
  • Ketchup
  • Mayo
  • Honey

Steps

  1. 1

    Take the pieces of chicken and marinate with Salt pepper, ginger and coat with a little oil to enable the ingredients to Stick

  2. 2

    Put oil in pan, enough for the pieces not to stick on the pan,deep in the marinated chicken and keep turning the pieces until golden brown

  3. 3

    Mix the ketchup,mayo and honey use the mixture to coat the already cooked chicken

  4. 4

    Serve with Ugali or boiled rice #enjoy !
