Wash and boil potatoes

Peel and mashed potatoes

Add 2 chopped green chilli and coriander leaves in it

Put a pan on heat

Add 2 teaspoon oil

Add mustard seeds and curry leaves

Add chopped onion

Add mashed potatoes

Add 1 teaspoon salt and half of the pepper powder

Mix well and turn off the flame

Now make batter of gram flour adding remainingsalt and pepper powder

Add baking soda

Now make small balls of potato mixture

Dip in gram flour batter and deep fry on medium heat in oil

When golden remove in a plate

Make slit between the each pav and spread 1 teaspoon chutney on each

Keep vada in it and serve with fried green chillies
