In a large deep pan add oil onions and fry until golden brown. Take half the onions and place on a plate for later use

In remaining onions add beef, ginger and garlic paste cover and cook for 5 minutes. Add tomatoes and water cook on low flame until meat is tender, around 1 hour

Add red chili powder turmeric powder coriander powder nutmeg powder salt blackb pepper corns whole cardamom cloves cinnamon sticks bay leaf, green chili mix well and cook 2-3 minutes

Add yoghurt lemon juice fresh cilantro and cook until the oil separates then set aside

For assembly: In separate sufuria add cooked rice, sprinkle dhania and fried onions on top. Layer the beef gravy on top. Add more rice, onion dhania layer, then beef gravy. Layer until you end with rice

In bowl add water and yellow food color mix then drizzle over rice. U Cover pan and steam over low heat 5 minutes.

Serve garnished with fried onions and cilantro
