Ingredients

5 servings
  • 1 kgbeans
  • 1 kgsoft maize
  • 1Onion
  • Dhania
  • 1Capsicum
  • 3 clovesgarlic
  • 2Tomatoes
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 glassesraw dried groundnuts

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and boil soft maize, beans and groundnuts together until tender and put aside.

  2. 2

    Cut and fry onions to golden brown, add tomatoes, capsicum, pound garlic and salt. Stir into paste.

  3. 3

    Add the mixture of beans, maize and groundnuts into the paste and stir.

  4. 4

    Add some water to simmer into thick soup under medium heat.

  5. 5

    When ready, add cut dhania and stir, let it simmer for 5 minutes and serve hot.

    You can serve with kachumbari.
