Dum Aloo
One of the best spicy and tasty recipe of potato.
Steps

Peel of potatoes and prick potatoes by toothpick.

Potatoes marinate with all masala oil salt and curd except onion ginger tomato and garlic paste and keep aside for one hour.

Heat a pan with one teaspoon mustard oil. Add sliced onion and saute till it become soft. Add garlic and ginger paste and saute for a while and add chopped tomato and fry by adding pinch of salt turmeric and kashmiri red chilli powder.

In a pressure cooker keep marinate potato and let it to two whistle.

Add fried onion ginger garlic paste with dum aloo and garnish with slitted green chilli and coriander leaves.
