Take a big bowl and pour 1 cup all purpose flour in it

In maida add 1/2tsp salt

Add 1 tsp oil in it

Mix it well

Add water and knead into dough

Cover the dough for 15 min

Turn on the flame and heat pan on medium flame

Knead the dough once and make small equal sizes of balls

Roll it into small and thin poori shapes

Take a steaming tinand grease the tin with oil

Place all the momos in the steaming tin

Once the water start boiling place the tin inside the steamer very carefully

Close the lid and steam for 10 min on medium flame

Remove the lid after 10 min

Take the momos out from the steaming pot

Serve momos with sauce
