First Peel bittergourd and cut into center.

Take bowl add bittergourd and salt and store it for 2 hours.

Now wash bittergourd.

Take a pan add oil and deep fry bittergourd.

Now take another pan heat oil add onion and tomato and saute it.

Now add salt, turmeric powder,red chilli powder and coriander powder and mix it

Now add bittergourd and mix well.

Cook two minutes in low flame...

Serve it with chapati.
