Whisk margarine and sugar together until the mix is fluffy.

Add the flour mixture and milk+essence+lemon juice alternating at intervals while whisking until you get a smooth batter.

Put your batter in the cups, place on a tray and put in the oven to bake.

Use a skewer to taste readiness.

You can add icing on top for effect.
