Firstly take a big bowl put potatoes mash them and add salt, red chilli powder,garam masala, and dried mango powder

Now take a pan add oil heat it,cut capsicum in two pieces and fill with mashed potatoes and put in pan

Fry capsicum till becomes brown

Serve it with chappati
