Steps

Boil the potatoes in salted water for 15 minutes or until they are cooked through.

Drain the potatoes well.

In the same pan over a medium heat add the rapeseed and olive oil and heat.

Add in the garlic and potatoes. Squash down lightly each potato just enough to slightly break them.

Then add in the butter and parsley and allow the butter to melt before switching the heat off.

Season with salt and pepper. Toss everything together well and serve.
