Mash potato and cottage chees.form a boll or desired shape. Dissolve corn flour to a thik batter.

Heat oil in a work.coat the bolls by batter and deep fry.

Blend tomato onion garlic ginger and chilli alltogather.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a work put cuminseeds bayleaf and bid cardmom

Now put onion paste and stir to make thik the paste.now add turmeric salt coriander powder chilli powder and stir for 2 mins

As oil floats it's sides add water 1 and half glass put koftas.in the last sprinkle kasoori methi and garam masala.serve hot with fulkas.
