Make a course paste of boiled sweet corn..Add grated prossesed cheese,red chilli flakes,green coriander leaves,refined flour,Italian seasoning and salt.Mix all the ingredients except oil..Now cut the mozzarella cheese in small cubes.Now make balls from corn paste and stuff the mozzarella cheese in centre..and roll it in a ball..

Now heat oil in pan and fry all the corn balls on medium flame and serve this with hot chilli sause or sherwan sauce
