Peel & wash the potatoes. Cut them into thin rounds.

Take a basin or a big dish. Put the potatoes. Sprinkle the flour, & the spices. Add dhania

Mix well.Take a karai & put it on medium heat, with the oil. For deep frying

Once hot put the potatoes one by one.

Fry till done & crispy

Serve with chutney
