Steps

  1. 1

    I don't peel my sweet potatoes. I wash thoroughly.

  2. 2

    I place in my cooking pot with little water.

  3. 3

    I let them steam till well cooked. It should be firm but cooked.

  4. 4

    Remove and let it cool then serve.

  5. 5

    Enjoy
