we made this lovely soup during a cookout in Eldoret have a lovely time making it and show me your recreation

In a bowl add the tomatoes and coat in oil

And on an open flame place the tomatoes till charred then place in a blender and puree

Then in a sauce pan add the tomato puree add seasoning simmer for two mins on high

Add stock and simmer for 15mins
- 5
Salt and pepper to taste and garnish with croutons
