Steps

Wash and slightly parboil rice and set aside

Steam meat with onions, thyme, curry, seasonings, allow to cook properly and set aside

Chop veggies into preferred sizes and set aside

Put parboiled rice in a pot, add a large portion of sliced veggies, curry powder, meat stock, add seasonings to taste add water and allow to cook till dry.

Put veg oil in a pan and stir fry the remaining sliced veggies with a little seasoning and little curry and set aside
- 6
Grill meat to dry while rice cooks.

When the rice is dry mix with veggie gravy Nd serve with grilled meat and enjoy!
