Wash shrimp and cut the back then marinade with pepper, cornstarch, salt, egg white

Cut paprica and green onion in to pieces

Chop garlic

Heat pan with little bit oil, stir fry garlic put in paprica and green onion, add little bit water. let it cooked
5

Add seasoning : sugar, oyster sauce and chili sauce
6

Put in the shrimp, stir it until done
