Ingredients

30 mins
4 to 5 servings
  • 1 cupboiled green peas (mutter)
  • 1 cuppaneer (cottagte cheese) cubes
  • 3blanched and peeled tomatoes
  • 2sliced onions
  • 1 tbspcurd
  • 1 tspcoriander cumin seeds powder
  • 1/4 tspchilli powder
  • 1 pinchturmeric powder
  • 4cardamom
  • 1 1/2 tbspoil
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • to taste salt
  • 2 tspcornflour
  • 1 tspsugar

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Heat the oil in a kadhai and add the cardamom, onions and turmeric and saute till the onions become light brown in colour.

  2. 2

    Add the blanched and peeled tomatoes and cook for two minutes.

  3. 3

    Add the curds and half cup water

  4. 4

    Transfer into a mixer and add sugar, cornflour and grind to a fine paste.

  5. 5

    Put this back into the kadhai and add chilli powder, coriander-cumin powder, salt, green peas, garam masala and paneer cubes

  6. 6

    Cook for 2-3 minutes and serve hot with any kind of roti or rice.
