Pour 1 tbsp oil in deep pan. Then put mustard seeds and curry leave and saute it

Then put sliced onions and saute them. Then put bell pepper,green chilli and chopped tomatoes saute them

Put 1 tbsp turmeric powder,salt to taste, put tbsp red chilli mix it.

Then put boiled rice and mix it then well. Cover it with lid for 2 to 3 minutes

Now your fried rice is ready to serve
