Take a big bowl add mash potato salt,red chilli powder, garam masala, aamchur.

Mix well and make a shape of tikki.

Heat a nonstick tawa apply to spoon oil and roast tikki both side till brown.

Arrange in a plate add curd and tomato, tomato ketchup, sprinkle salt, red chilli powder, roasted zeera powder.

Garnish with tomato and bhujia.

Now ready to serve.
