Ingredients

  • For stew
  • 1/2kgs beans boiled
  • Bunchcoriander
  • to tasteSalt
  • Coconut cream
  • 1large onions
  • 2tomatoes
  • 4gratted carrots
  • for chapatis
  • 1 kgWheat flour
  • 2 tbspnSugar
  • Pinchsalt
  • 1 tspcarndamon
  • 2grated carrots
  • 2 cupswarm h20

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry onions, add tomatoes cook till thick add grated carrots and the beans. Cook on medium heat add coconut cream and water and salt to taste. Cook till the soup thicken. Add the coriander and switch off the gas. Mix the coriander.

    Add the dry ingredients mix well then add the water and make the dough. Need till soft but not sticky for 30 minutes. Let it rest for 20 min.

    Cut the dough into small balls, spread apply oil and make them into ball. Spread on a hot pan cook both sides add oil and cook both sides till light brown.

  4. 4

    Serve with the coconut cream beans.
