1 tbsCooking oil
2Tomatoes
1Hoho
2Onion
300 gCubed french beans
2Cubed large carrots

Steps

1

Fry onions on cooking oil till golden brown

Add chopped tomatoes
3

Let them simmer on low heat till well cooked
4

Add the french beans and carrots
5

Add a glass of water and cook for 10mins
6

I like them crunchy so I cooked for 5 mins
7

Serve with white plain rice
