Steps

Cut red onion into tiny cubes,put 1Tbsp of oil in a pan heat,add garlic ginger paste cook till lightly brown.

Add all the vegetables except dhania and spring onion then

Cook till fragrant.add salt to taste.in a bowl break the gee

Put aside in a plate to cool.

In a bowl,break the eggs

Add any spice of your choice, I added black pepper and salt the mix well.

In another pan put 1Tbspbof oil heat and pour the eggs in low heat.let cook till almost dry on top slightly firm.

Using a spoon scoop the vegetables and arrange at the center only,do one fold.ie fold the egg from one side covering the vegetables, the fold should be half of the egg,the from the other side fold the other half overlapping the first fold, carefully not to tear it turn it making the seamed side to be on the pan in order to make the seams to glue well,let 2mins then put it on a plate carefully. This is best for breakfast
