Steps

In a pan add 500 ml milk and boil it. Once it starts boiling add lemon juice. As milk starts cuddling remove it from flame. Strain it in a cloth and rinse it.

Mix it nicely with palm. Add 1 tsp corn flour. Make small angoors out of this Paneer.

In a vessel boil milk for rabdi. Boil it till reduce to half scraping malai from sides. Add mango puree and sugar if required. Add soaked saffron and cardamom powder.

In a pan add sugar and two cups of water. Add Paneer angoors to it and cook until double in size.

Cool it once done.

Mix angoors in rabdi and garnish with chopped nuts. Serve chilled Mastani Angoori rabdi..
