Chop the onions,garlic,celery,pumpkin and potato roughly (after pealing them)

In a cooking pot,add cooking oil and let it warm...add your onions stir,add your garlic cook for extra 3 mins.add celery cook extra 2 mins.add pumpkin and potatoes... Stir.add the broth season with salt and let it cook on low heat.

When the potatoes and pumpkin are almost ready add your milk adjust season if necessary.

Once ready put off the heat and let it cool

Blend with a blender and to your favourite consistence. Put it back into the pot...add cream.don't let it boil...stir then put of the heat.serve
