Ingredients

  • 3ridged gourd
  • 1/4 cupPoppy seed paste
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and fry the gourd/Turai

  2. 2

    Add salt and turmeric powder and cover

  3. 3

    Now as water dries up add Poppy seed paste and mix well adding sugar

  4. 4

    Serve it with slitted green chillies and rice
