  • 200 gmSugar Powder
  • 2 tspCardamom powder

    Hang the curd overnight to remove water from it.

    A picture of step 1 of Shrikhand.
  2. 2

    Next day in this mix sugar powder and cardmom powder. Mix it with help of mixer or blender for smooth and fluffy texture.
