Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 cupkabuli chana boiled and mashed
  • 4potatoes boiled and mashed
  • 2 tablespoonbread crumbs
  • 4green chilli finely chopped
  • as neededcoriander leaves chopped
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 teaspoonchat masala
  • to tasteRed chilli powder
  • to tasteamchur powder
  • to tastecumin seeds
  • to tastegaram masala
  • as neededOil for shallow frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients without oil

  2. 2

    Mash and make a smooth dough grease your hand and make equal size kababs

  3. 3

    Now put a non stick tawa on the gas heat it probably put some oil and fry the kababs till turn into golden brown colour

  4. 4

    Kababs are ready to serve

  5. 5

    Garnish and serve it with chutney
