Onion, garlic, Chilli, mustard, Ginger take a mixer grinder make paste

Heat oil in a kadai add fennel seeds crackle, add onion garlic paste roasted medium flame keep it one minute add all spices salt and sanai flower cook, stair slow flame 10 or 15 minute Golden brown colour.

Serve with roti and paratha.
