Take the rosogollas and squeeze them until it becomes dry. keep them aside. Now take the milk pour it into a bowl and put it on the gass and stir it on a medium flame for 10 minutes until it becomes thick and reduces into half of the volume.In the mean while add the grated mawa into it and stire it well. Turn the gass off when it thickens and becomes yellow. now keep the rosogollas in a glass bowl and pour the milk and mawa mixture into it. cover all the rosogollas.

After that put the bowl into a preheated microwave oven and bake it for 5 minutes. Check the upper side is a little grilled or not. If not then use a blow torch. After that cool it down to room temperature and then serve it as a typical Bengali dessert with a new twist.
