Ingredients

  • 1 cupurad daal
  • 1 cuprice
  • to tasteSalt
  • as neededWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak daal and rice over night

  2. 2

    Grind along with water and salt

  3. 3

    Keep in warm palce for 6 hoir till fermentation

  4. 4

    Now beat well with hands

  5. 5

    Pour this batter in idli maker and cook till idli cook perfect
