1/2Brinjal sliced
1/4raw papaya sliced
1 tspmustard seeds
1red chilli whole
1/2 tspturmeric powder
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededmustard oil

Heat oil and temper mustard seeds and dry red chilli

Add sliced gourd, brinjals and papaya

Saute well adding salt and turmeric powder
4

Cover it till it is soft
5

Add sugar and fry well
6

Serve it with rice
