Steps

Mix maida and baking soda in a bowl

Add Ghee, curd and mix with the help of fingers.

Make a soft dough of it

Make small balls of the dough and make a slight hole between it.

Now fry the balls in ghee on medium flame. After frying keep the balls on the other side and let them cool.

Prepare sweet syrup wth sugar and water and immerse the balls in it.

Decorate it with some dry fruits.

Now it is Ready to serve.
