Boil the chaap first.

Add curd, cream, paste of cashew, oil and all spices in a bowl for prepare marination

After the chaap is boiled, cut it into the small pieces. Cut onions and capsicum in cubes

Add the chaap, onions and capsicum in marination bowl and mix it well all together

Put the marinated chaap for rest of 2 hours in freeze.

After 2 hrs grilled it in preheated oven temprature of 180°

Mix grilled chaap with fresh cream, butter and coriander topped with cabbage
- 8
Served hot with mint chutney
